- Elevate the hair from rear panel and cut internally at a 45° angle
- Cut the two parietal panels at a 45° angle
- Define the rear upper occipital bone at a 45° angle, keeping the guide lock from the rear panel as reference and then connecting the occipital bone area vertically

- Divide the triangle into three equal horizontal and one narrower perimeter section
